Join us for a free discussion about ways to define inclusion and equity, the current barriers to inclusion, and practical strategies for inclusion. Led by Doris J. Roberts, this 1.5-hour workshop will include exercises and daily tips from the book Impactful Inclusion Toolkit by Yvette Steele. The Chicago-based author is excited that her book is being used in this way and plans to attend!

Doris J. Roberts is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds Indiana insurance licenses in Life, Health, and P&C and has worked for C.H. Douglas & Gray Wealth Management for several years. Doris’s educational background includes a Master’s degree from the Kennedy School of Government Planning and Graduate School of Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Accounting from Indiana University-Bloomington. Throughout her career, Doris has held several key positions, including Chief Compliance Officer at CH Douglas & Gray Wealth Management, where she has been leading compliance efforts since 2011. Her previous roles include Financial and Operations Principal and Anti Money Laundering Officer at Red Wing Capital, LLC, and Operations & Control Manager at Prudential Insurance Company of America. Additionally, she served as Director of Human Resources for the State of Indiana, leading significant HR and technology initiatives. Doris’ diverse experience and commitment to excellence have made her a respected leader in the financial services industry.
